Forging

Our forging facility is equipped with:

1T and 2T Belt Drop Hammers

1000T and 1600T Hot Forging Press

300T Screw Press and 2” Upsetter for forging shafts.

All forging units are equipped with induction billet heating machines.

A 700T Hydraulic Coining Press for cold calibration and bend correction.

Heat Treatment & Shot Blasting

HT processes like Normalising, ISO Annealing and Hardening tempering.

Our Heat treatment facility is CQI-9 compliant which is equipped with a fully automatic 1T per hour continuous furnace with PLC SCADA system to carry out HT processes like Normalising, Annealing and Hardening tempering.

We have 2 Shot blasting machines for scale removal followed by MPI for crack detection.

Machining

S.B. Precicomp is our neighbouring machining facility which is equipped with more than 20 CNC’s and 2 VMC’s for turning, milling, drilling operations.
We are adding new machines at S.B. Precicomp as per customer demands and new project requirements.

Standard Room and inspection facility

A well-equipped standard room having a Carl Zeiss contour tracer and Aberlink CMM, MPI for parts inspection.

Raw material Testing lab

We have an inhouse ISO/IEC 17025 certified lab for steel testing. We do the following inspection tests:

Material Testing by wet analysis & spectro analysis

Jominy Hardenability Testing

Macro, Inclusion, Grain size, Micro Testing

Die manufacturing and Tool Room

In-house tool room for manufacturing of forging dies. We use heavy duty VMC’s along with CAD / CAM interface to produce precision, high quality dies. We also use 3D simulation software for forging process and to optimize die design.

RM Cutting

We use circular saw cutting machines for cutting of steel. We can cut any section upto 100 dia.
